Drivers are gearing up for the June 24-26 Summer Classic at Spa, which features a three-hour race in the image of the famous Spa Six Hours. Though there is a class for pre-‘66 cars, the summer version allows cars up to 1976, and it is becoming almost as popular as the autumn version from the same organisers, in collaboration with Diogo Ferrão and Iberian Endurance. Belcar Cup, NKHTGT, and the Triumph Competition and British HTGT are other grids on the programme. New this year the French will be on hand with their SportProtosCup, Challenge GT Tourisme and Saloon Cars. Colmore Youngtimers, and the Classic Sports Car Club brings grids for cars of all ages up to the 1990s. Single seaters are courtesy Historic Monoposto Racing, open to a wide variety of cars.
