Rétromobile Poster 2025

Each year Rétromobile introduces a main them or feature, and the chosen theme for 2025 is a masterpiece of French innovation, the Citroën DS 19. As is customary, the event poster, which has become a collectors’ item for many enthusiasts, also features what will be the main exhibit, and this year the designers have come up with a beautiful, whimsical image that reminds us of a 1959 advertising campaign. That year, to highlight the DS’s first-class comfort, advertising executive Claude Puech came up with a special DS that appeared to float on water thanks to four orange spheres that replaced its wheels. The result was a hybrid object that evoked both the serenity of controlled elements and an avant-garde work of art. The 49th Rétromobile, which will take place in 5-9 February 2025 at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre in Paris, will thus celebrate the 70th anniversary of this French monument, in partnership with DS Automobiles.
