With the summer break over, the last two rounds of the GT & Sportscar Cup will be rounding off its season at two of the series’ regular venues.  The Castle Combe Autumn Classic is a one-day event, which takes place on 23 September and is always a favourite with the drivers.  A 90-minute race is on the timetable for the pre-‘66 sports and sports prototype drivers.  The last fling of the year sees the series having its traditional outing to the Algarve Classic Festival.  As popular as ever with sunshine practically guaranteed as the winter closes in further north, competitors are offered a three-hour race on the undulating Autodromo do Algarve.

GTSCC will end its season on the Algarve rollercoaster

The GT & Sports Car Cup is known for providing fair racing in congenial company amongst like-minded owners of genuine cars.  Races are in a mini-endurance format with owner drivers required to do at least half of the race.  Contact Vanessa or Flavien Marçais at cars@automobileshistoriques.com for entries.
