Good News From Christian Gläsel

After his frightening crash at the Spa Six Hours Meeting, we have news that Christian Gläsel is in good spirits and is expected to make a full recovery.  He has asked us to convey the following message:

“After my crash in the MEL qualifying at the Spa Six Hours race weekend I received many messages sending positive thoughts and wishes for a full and speedy recovery.  Thank you all very much and it really is a privilege to be part of this big historic motorsport community – a real camaraderie.  I would also like to thank the marshals and medical staff at the track for their fast and professional help and the CHU de Liege hospital doing a fantastic job fixing my broken vertebra.  And of course, my wife, who is a keen amateur show-jumper and told me how important it is to get back in the saddle asap.  Looking forward to hopefully see you all next season! – Christian”
