Inaugurated in 1973, the Croix-en-Ternois circuit is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year with a one-off motors race festival on 8-10 September. The Motors Festival des 50 ans de Croix will showcase Formula Ford, with F Fords of all ages taking part in seven races. Other races will be for Maxi 1300 + Maxi 2L Classic, Trophée Lotus GT and touring cars over 2L. Above all, the circuit organisers want to include as many single seaters as possible, so they will be making the circuit available for Formula Ford, F Renault, F3, F2, F3000 and Formula One in appropriate sessions to anyone who wants to come and experience the circuit. Amongst the activities will be drift demonstrations, motorcycle stunt riders and other entertainments. Contact promoters HVM for entries www.hvmracing.fr.
