The 14th edition of the Dix Mille Tours attracted some 400 cars on ten packed grids for Peter Auto’s penultimate race meeting of the season on the sunny last weekend of August.  The Paul Ricard circuit with its spacious facilities, attracts more clubs and vendors, exhibits and celebrities each year – this year including Gérard Larrousse, François Perrodo, Emmanuel Collard, Benoît Tréluyer and Eric Hélary – and off-track activities for more than 25,000 spectators.

There is great variety in the Gentlemen’s Challenge for owner-drivers

New CEO of Peter Auto, Marc Ouayoun was seen in the paddock alongside Patrick Peter finding his feet and meeting the competitors.  “This first weekend of handover and learning has enabled us to establish fruitful contacts with our partners, to carry out the first briefings of the competitors, and to engage in constructive exchanges with the officials.  I’ll be delighted to meet up with our competitors again for the final race of the season and the prize-giving ceremony at Estoril Classics, in Portugal,” he said.
