Founded in 2007, the GT & Sports Car Cup enters its 20th season in 2026 with an exciting new venue on its four-event calendar. The GTSCC will be joining the 750 Motor Club at the Anglesey Circuit as the second rendez-vous of the season on 27 June. The 90-minute GTSCC race, for owners of homologated pre-1966 GT and pre-1963
Sports Racing cars, will augment the traditional favourites of Silverstone GP, Castle Combe and Portugal’s Autodromo Internacional do Algarve. By popular demand, all three British events will take place on Saturdays, with morning qualifying sessions and afternoon races.

Perched on the Welsh island’s coast, Anglesey Circuit – Trac Môn to Welsh speakers – is without doubt the most gloriously situated of any in the British Isles, overlooking the Irish Sea, with majestic Snowdonia providing the opposite backdrop. Opened in 1997 on the former RAF Ty Croes signals unit campus, and lengthened in 2006, the 2.1-mile layout is hewn into an escarpment boasting breathtaking views, elevation changes, climbs and swoops linked by a series of challenging and flowing corners, ideally suited to cars of the 1950s and 1960s running on Dunlop treaded tyres. The series is by invitation. See www.gtandsportscarcup.com.
